Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20230825-44075-2147345577. Matched catalog product: Samsung 1st stove NX58M9420SS 2nd stove NX58H9500WS. Source model text: NE63A6511SG/AA. Incident: I have purchased a Samsung Flat Top stove within the last year serial # 0J4C7DAT60019X. The stove when steam comes out of a pot or the oven causes the middle burner and the oven to turn on. This then cycles on and off continuously. The repair person for Samsung stated to at first not boil water on the stove and that it is a defective design and there is nothing they can due. The stove now is tripping the circuit breaker in the panel box.
