Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20231026-EDAE2-2147344381. Severity: No Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung RF263BEAESG. Source model text: RF263BEAESG/AA. On October 13, the ice had defrosted, but I also noticed mold had developed from the lack of cooling between the glass and panel for the water filter. I cleaned it out, and restarted power to the fridge. While the fridge is successfully cooling to date, the fact that it will continue to build up ice, prevent cooling, and create mold or other unstable envi
