Incident: On February 26, 2023, I purchased a 2022 HP Pavilion 17.3-inch IPS FHD Laptop via Amazon.com (order # [REDACTED]) for $783.34. [REDACTED] diagnosis stating the motherboard was bad, the power system was faulty (bulging battery. This is the first time I have ever received a defective item purchased from HP via Amazon.com. I would have never expected the HP and Amazon to provide a device that did not work properly, had sever hardware issues and was out of warranty.
