Product: Nvidia GeForce The part is a high powered graphical processing unit for personal computers: MSI - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM LIQUID. Incident: Purchased an Nvidia MSI RTX 4090 Graphics Card for my computer in April. The graphics card high voltage power input melted as I was leaving the room to go to sleep. An intense chemical smell filled mine and my wife's home, which is the only reason I was alerted to the hazard. The following morning, I contacted the cable manufacturer, but have since learned that it's an issue with Nvidia's design specifications.
