SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20231219-863F3-2147343354. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Blendjet 2 Blendjet 2. Incident: BlendJet 2 blender. I purchased a two-pack from Costco. After using it more than a dozen times making drinks with ice, the blades on one of the blenders broke off. It rendered the product useless. I called the company to complain but was told the warranty was only 30 days long and I was out of luck.
