SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20240511-A9852-2147339263. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire FAD704DWD. Incident: I have a frigidaire dehumidifier. It was replaced with another unit because a green liquid was coming out of it. The 2nd unit all of a sudden would not stop running, even when turned off. The only way to get it to stop running was to unplug the unit. It would also start to get very hot to the touch. I was afraid a fire may start so I stopped using it.
