Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20240523-CF836-2147339041. Severity: Unspecified. Matched catalog product: LG LSEL6335. Source model text: LSEL6335D.BBDLLGA. Incident: We weren't home, but the fire marshal believes the dogs were looking for something on the counter and turned on the stove. The nobs for the stove were on the front of the machine and they could be, and were, turned on just by bumping them. This caused a major fire in my home that ruined my kitchen and led to fire, smoke and water damage throughout my house that will cause us to be out of the home at least 9 months.
