Source model text: 33156RG. Incident: The two heating elements on the bottom of the slow cooker are the same length as the three legs that hold the pot up. The heating elements burned two holes all the way through a plastic cutting mat. If the unit had been sitting on any type of flammable surface it may have caused a fire.
