SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20240808-36B2B-2147337411. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung NE63T8511SG AA. Incident: It was the first time we used the air fryer, after less than 10 minutes the inside of the oven started to burn very high. We turned off the stove and the fire inside the oven continued. I took a damp cloth and was able to stop the flames, but all the smoke remained and we have not used the air fryer or the oven again for fear that the same thing could happen. This incident happened to us two months after we bought the stove.
