Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20241224-1C7C0-2147334410. Severity: Injury, Seen by Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Samsung Model # RF28HMEDBSR. Source model text: RF28HMEDBSR/AA. Incident: We have a Samsung refrigerator that will not stay within a safe temperature. We keep replacing the fan because it will ice up. Then there is a leak from the ice melting. Which causes warm tempatures and humidity mold problems. We've gotten sick a few times from when it will defect. We have mold growing inside the eggs. Which in 43 years never thought that was possible.
