Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20241224-ABF7E-2147334394. Severity: Incident, No Injury. One of ambient noise, the other of my awful piano playing. (I am an Audio & Music Industry Professional of more than 40 years experience. A recording I produced for my own label was In-Flight Music on Unites States Presidential Aircraft "Air Force One," during the Clinton Presidency. I placed music in a #1 Hollywood Box-Office major-studio film release, and I placed music on the US #1 Daytime Drama. [REDACTED] not only sells, but also offers FREE downloading of my
