SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20250112-D788D-2147333934. Matched catalog product: Hoover UH70820 WindTunnel 2 Rewind Bagless Upright. Source model text: UH72625V. Incident: While using the Hoover Wind Tunnel 3 Max (UH72625V), the cord came loose and rendered the unit inoperable. The ground and hot wires were showing and I had to unplug the unit in case of fire. Hoover honored the unsafe warranty and sent a new unit.
