Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20250116-CFA77-2147333866. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Toshiba ML2-TC10SAIT-SS. Source model text: ML2-EC10SA(BS). Incident: I bought a Toshbia microwave/airfryer from Amazon in September 2023. 16 months later it started turning on by itself even though no one was using or toughing it. It started to burn residue on the turntable. The buttons also stopped responding. I've had to unplug it to stop it from continuing to do this.
