Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20250221-1B191-2147333003. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: KitchenAid KITCHENAID KUDS30IXSS4. Incident: I was eating mashed potatoes that I had whipped using a KitchenAid hand whisk, when I noticed something hard and sharp in my mouth. It turned out to be a piece that had broken off the whisk while I was using it. If I had bitten down on it, it would have broken a tooth. Who knows what swallowing it would have done.
