Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20250524-C23F9-2147331096. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: LiveFine LFHTTWL01 (LiveFine towel warmer. Picture of label and User Guide uploaded.). I was very concerned since it was so hot and could've caught fire especially with the couple shirts I had placed on the top of the unit (which I've done many times before and never had an issue). The shirt on the bottom closest to the lid had discoloration from the burning and all i
