Source model text: NE59J7850WG/AA. Incident: My Samsung Duo oven's broiler randomly comes on during the baking process and instantly goes to bright orange. It burns whatever is in the oven filling my house with smoke. No error code is visible but I have it on video showing this problem. This has been happening since November 2024. It just happened again on 06-17-2025. Samsung has sent tech several times but they can't duplicate the problem so not fixed. I was told me to get it on video and they would fix the problem. Now they tell me that there is no problem and not to bake in that oven.
