Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20250630-00EE4-2147329999. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Hopscotch Lane Hopscotch Lane Whale Light up Fountain Bath Toy. Incident: A small broken piece of plastic fell out of my 11 month olds toy. He proceeded to place the broken piece in his mouth. Luckily we spotted him chewing on something and were able to remove the broken piece from his mouth before he tried to ingest it. Could have been a serious choking hazard. After inspection of the toy there were no broken pieces on the exterior, so I proceeded to open the toy, and found where the broken piece came from.
