Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20250706-4C039-2147329831. Severity: No Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Google Pixel 7A. Source model text: Pixel 7a, GA04274-US. Incident: My son's Google Pixel 7a has a swollen battery, Google has provided an extended battery service plan, but when I went to get it serviced the repair center Google suggested told me they would not touch such a dangerous product. So they sent me home and now Google refuses to have their tech team contect me over the phone, they tell me to wait for an email, its been over 30 hours and I have heard nothing, but I am being told to keep the phone which is obviously unsafe if the repair shop is scared of it.
