SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20250715-30CB8-2147329575. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Whirlpool Model #wrf767sdhz 26.8 cu ft 3 door French door re. Source model text: WFG320M0MS0. Incident: The outer glass door of my Whirlpool oven suddenly shattered during normal use, with no impact or warning. Glass exploded across the kitchen. Thankfully no one was injured, but it was a serious safety risk. Whirlpool has not responded to my complaint. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and unacceptable in a home appliance.
