Incident: Samsung bespoke refrigerator model RF30BB6600QLAA serial #1H7Y43AW1000905M. Refrigerator lost all coolant while on vacation. Lost all food. The smell in the refrigerator is like something died in there. 2 service calls. Put a [REDACTED] on it closed the service ticket and said we have to leave with the smell! Refrigerant should not leak out in the first place as it is a sealed unit!!
