Incident: The ice bucket cracked due to the ice and mechanism. It now chunks plastic in the ice when dispensed. I have been trying for almost 2 years to get this issue resolved. I receive the ice bucket recall and am told my model is not covered, however, I am having the issue and it is a health and safety hazard.
