Caller feels that this could have caused serious injuries if anyone was close by and that these products should be recalled. I was 2 feet away. The glass exploded & shattered into small shards behind me, very shocking. This dangerous hazard has occurred many times. There are many [REDACTED] reports by TV journalist. Children have been reported to be close to this explosion at eye level just moments before the explosion. This is a known (well known) hazard. Glass in oven doors has been common for years.
