SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20250922-6A812-2147327639. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire Model Number FCRG3052BS. Source model text: FCRG3052BS. Incident: while using the quick boil burner on my Frigidaire range, the burner caught fire. The fire was so hot it melted the burner knob off the front. Since the original purchase, there was no way to get the yellow flames to stop, and have just a blue flame. I contacted Frigidaire and they would not take a dangerous product report. They also refused to help me with the yellow flame issue.
