Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20251011-B80B7-2147327154. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire FFIF 3054 T89. Source model text: FFEF3054TS. Incident: My Frigidaire oven door exploded! Approximately 5 min after closing the door and going to another room I heard a really loud noice. My husband hollared out asking me what I was doing immediately a second loud blast occurred.Neither of us knew what was causing the sound until I walked into the kitchen. Glass was all over the floor. Thank God I wasn't cooking, neither was the oven on. I remembered seeing a report about this on the news so I searched [REDACTED]. One of the instructions in the video was to report the incident to your company. I believe there should be a recall and replacement of our ranges with non glass oven doors because it is evident there is a valid safety issue.
