SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20251027-2874D-2147326776. Severity: No Incident, No Injury. Product: Breville Mini Smart Oven BOV450XL (Breville Toaster Oven). Incident: My Breville toaster oven starts on its own. This has happened several times, including moments ago, yesterday, and the day before. I contacted Breville, and they offered me a 30% off coupon for another product. To me, it seemed to fall on deaf ears. This poses a serious safety hazard, as it could potentially cause a fire.
