Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20251229-DE80E-2147325091. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Emeril Lagasse Everyday 360 XL Air Fryer Oven (Emeril Lagasse Everyday 360 Stainless Steel Air Fryer, 360 Quick Cook Technology, XL capacity, 9-in-1, 12 Pre-Set Cooking Functions including Bake, Rotisserie, Broil, Pizza, Slow Cook, Toaster). I explained that the countertop was butcher block (wood), that the cord had no damage and as the shock was DC and no AC the problem could not be cord related. A week after my return home (where, incidentally, was the Emeril Lagasse airfryer that My wife and I have used for years and caused us to want one at the vacation home) I had triple hernia surgery. Thank god for Amazons customer service who a
