Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20251230-6BEDA-2147325041. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung Model: HW-K950 (Model Code: HW-K950/ZA). Source model text: Mod# NE5K950WS/AA.. Incident: an issue that when you turn the burner down (in temperature) while operating (cooking) they have the propensity to kick on to the high position ! I have this on/at our home multiple video's. (i.e. if you turn the burner which is cooking down to a significant lower temperature, and walk away for a few minutes or greater (i.e. left to simmer) the burner will switch to "high" and stay that way, until a fire is created or if caught in time, turned to the off position! Is this the same suit or another?
