SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260103-AF2AA-2147324918. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Toshiba ML2-TC10SAIT-SS. Source model text: Model ML2-EC10SA(BS). Incident: Toshiba Microwave Air Fryer Oven ML2-EC10SA(BS) Has been turning on automatically, adding time automatically, internal light goes off and on, and NOW, as of this week, the turntable runs automatically and will not turn off unless the door is closed. We have tried the reset instructions listed in the pamphlet without success, as well as unplugging it for hours which also does not work. This has been an ongoing problem for almost a year now starting in late Jan. 2025. Tried addressing this as indicated in the Toshiba Pamphlet with no success. Tried contacting Toshiba without success.
