Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260105-3A25F-2147324873. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Bella Pro Series 90135 (Bella Pro Series's, 2 compartment, Black,8 quarts,). Incident: I left my home briefly to pick up my son and planned to return within 1520 minutes. Prior to leaving, I had been cleaning my apartment all day. No electrical devices were actively in use, and the stove was completely off when I left. After I departed, a fire occurred in my apartment. Following an investigation by the fire department and police, it was determined that the fire was electrical in nature. Due to the extent of the damage, the investigators indicated that the possible source may have been an electrical spark originating from a Bella two-compartment air fryer. Based on the burn patterns, it was suggested that a residual heat or electrical malfunction could have sparked and caused the fire. As a result of these findings, I am planning to submit a claim and formally report the incident.
