SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260107-FD3B4-2147324783. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Samsung M**************** (Samsung Range Microwave. Perfect working order with no issues. Every feature worked). Incident: Samsung High-End Microwave started on its own and potentially burned my kitchen and house. My son was home an smelled it. He unplugged before damage was done to house. Samsung wants to repair my burned appliance with no offer to replace or compensate. People should know this is an issue.
