SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260108-26D28-5825242. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: LG LDE4413ST. Incident: Caller stated that she had the lock on the range, there was a silicone mat on top, her cat jumped on the range touching/turning the front right knob on, which started a fire. The fire department was contacted they came out and contained the fire. A fire report was done. Caller stated that she contacted the manufacturer, but they are unwilling to assist. The range was totally damaged along with the microwave. No injuries were sustained by the incident.
