Incident: On Christmas day she was cooking and when she opened the oven there was a fireball that hit her face. She got burnt on her eyebrows, eyelashes, and her skin. She has an appointment to see her doctor in January. She called the firefighter department, and they shut off the gas on the stove. She also called the gas company, and they checked the entire house for any possible gas leak. They noticed the hazardous condition of the stove and advised not to use it. Then, she called Frigidaire and they sent a technician on December 30th. He said she needed to turn the gas on so he could inspect the stove. She said she doesn't feel safe with that stove; she doesn't want a repair or a replacement. She just wants a refund since the stove is less than a month old. He said he could not do anything for her. She called Frigidaire, and they scheduled another technician for January 8th. The same technician called, and he said he could not do anything for her. She contacted the company, and they took all the information they needed, and told her that they would get back to her on January 9th. They finally just emailed her saying that a ticket had been created without more information. She doesn't want the stove at her house, and she wants to company to give her a refund.
