Incident: I notified Frigidaire last month of my ice bucket having pieces break off into my ice and subsequently rusting causing dangerous contamination of my family's drinking water. I was told through the Frigidaire chat feature that I could buy new parts but Frigidaire would not replace the item. I am aware there are several models with recalls on the ice makers for this reason. I requested to speak with a manager because the issue is clearly a manufacturer defect which could result in bodily harm.
