Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260405-27B61-2147320941. Severity: No Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Samsung NE63A6511SSAA 02. Source model text: NE63A6511SSAA. Incident: I used my oven for Easter dinner/lunch. Later on in the evening after everyone left and I cleaned up. I threw a pizza in and smelled a horrible burning plastic smell after the oven was around 200ish, I opened the door to see if some left over food may be burning and smoke rolled out of the oven. I shut it off. I let it cool down which took 2 hours to cool down from a max temp of 200/250 at this point. I took off the back metal cover of the oven and revealed back burning in 3 separate parts of the oven.
