Who was using the product. Household residents using it as a normal kitchen range. How were the products being used. Standard residential cooking and oven use. Were there any injuries that happened or may have happened. No injuries occurred. The defect was identified by the gas technician before any injury, and the unit was disconnected as a precaution. There remains a potential gas, fire, or explosion risk associated with a defective oven safety system. How did any injuries occur. Not applicable, no injuries.
