Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260519-05288-2147319027. Severity: Injury, First Aid Received by Non-Medical Professional. Product: Baseus BS-30KP365 (Black Baseus battery). This constitutes a failure of the recall remedy and raises serious concerns regarding ongoing product safety and recall execution. This matter involves, but is not limited to: - Distribution of a defective and hazardous product - Failure to provide adequate recall notice and consumer warning - Failure of an official recall remedy - Negligence in product safety and consu
