Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260524-B4EEA-2147318764. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: LG LG Gas range, Model LDG4313BD. Source model text: LRGN6325X. Incident: LG gas model # LRGN6325X. This gas range was purchased and installed on 10/23/25 by a licensed plumber. The inner glass on the door shattered inside the oven when I was using the self clean feature for the first time. I set the time for a 3 hour cleaning. I did not hear the glass shatter I just happen to go in the kitchen and look in the door and notice that it had shattered. I noticed this within the first hour of the cleaning. I had used the oven an hour before cleaning and it had been turned off and cool.
