Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260525-68556-2147318697. Severity: No Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire Electric Range Model FFEF3054TS. Source model text: FFEF3054TSH. Incident: Frigidaire oven door glass spontaneously exploded. The oven nor stove were in use at the time and the appliance completely cool to touch/room temperature. At the time of the explosion, the oven had not been used for several weeks and the stovetop had not been used for ~1 week. Fortunately, no one in my family was in the kitchen at the time or injury would have occurred. The oven projected glass across the kitchen. Glass was everywhere.
