Incident: I purchased a Frigidaire Gas Range online (Order #[REDACTED], Model GCFG3060BF) on October 10, 2025. On May 5, 2026, [REDACTED] responded to an emergency gas leak at my residence caused by an improperly installed gas connector. When I called Frigidaire for emergency assistance, the customer service agent ([REDACTED]) mishandled my data, quoting an incorrect suburban address starting with "[REDACTED]" despite my physical delivery ticket being accurate.
