Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260706-B6671-2147314374. Severity: Incident, No Injury. They did not claim to know the cause of the explosion, only the corrective action needed. I contacted Bosch immediately. Bosch initially stated they would cover the diagnostic (estimated at ~$300), but refused to disclose the actual cost. Bosch also refused to provide any written commitment to cover repair or replacement if the diagnostic confirms a defect. Bosch acknowledged that the diagnostic is required for B
