Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260711-6D09F-2147314083. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire FFIF 3054 T89. Source model text: FFEF3054TS. Incident: Our oven door exploded. It had been on to cook food, then turned off as normal. About 15 minutes later, we were sitting at the kitchen table eating when there was a very loud BOOM, almost like a gunshot or a bomb. The glass of the oven door shattered all over the place. My sister was standing up at the cupboards at the time, right near the oven, and is very lucky she was not injured. The rest of us were sitting at the table, which is right next to the oven.
