SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260729-6ACC9-2147313212. Severity: Injury, Seen by Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Millie Moon Luxury Diapers Millie Moon Luxury Diapers, Size 4 Unisex. Incident: 8 month old using Millie moon diapers. Size 3. Infant was put to bed with clean diaper post bath, 2hrs later she woke up screaming inconsolable, and back arching. By the next morning diaper area was bright red, along with broken skin that was bleeding, and blistering around labia and towards perineum and butt. We have been using Millie moon diapers for the past 4+ months with no issues. No other changes have been made detergents, soaps, etc.
