Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260802-27A28-2147313028. Severity: Injury, First Aid Received by Non-Medical Professional. Product: Casely Model Number E33A (Casely Power Pods, Model Number E33A). The power bank was being used exactly as Casely designed and marketed it to be used, in conjunction with a Casely phone case for wireless charging. This was ordinary, intended use of the product. I had no reason to believe it posed an imminent fire hazard because I had never received any direct notice of the recall. As a direct result of this incident: My husband sustained burns to his foot while extinguishing the fire. My clothing was burned and ruined. Our sectional sofa sustained significant burn damage. Our area rug was burned. Our [REDA
