SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260814-F3E31-2147312430. Matched catalog product: Yoto 2nd Generation. Source model text: Yoto Player 3rd Generation. Incident: I went into my child's bedroom and smelled burning plastic. I unplugged everything in their room but never found the source of the burning smell. The next day I went to plug their Yoto player in (surprised that I needed to, because I could've sworn I charged it last night) and discovered that the Yoto player charger was melted.
