Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260823-D4D05-2147312023. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire FFIF 3054 T89. Source model text: FFEF3054TD-BS. Incident: Frigidaire FFEF3054TD-BS - 30" Electric Smooth Top Range - the front glass panel of the oven door exploded out of nowhere. Stove had not been used in approx 24hrs. I was in another room when I heard a loud crash and came to the kitchen to find glass all over and the oven panel shattered. I thought something fell but there was nothing around it. I see online that this seems to be a common problem with Frigidaire ovens and company is not supportive in a solution.
