SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260824-A6BEB-2147312011. Matched catalog product: Samsung NSG6DG8700SRAA. Incident: Bottom panel of my oven burning off the enamel paint I contacted Samsung. They told me they will get back to me within 24 hours. I told them the smell of the paint burning enamel. I cannot cook my family in just the smell. I told them this is a health hazard and they said thats all they can do for me.
