Incident: When removing the basket on our Cosori Model CP358-AF Electric fryer The handle broke off the basket. My wife went to remove the fryer basket out of this electric fryer and as she was lifting it the handle broke off. From the looks of the plastic it apparently had burned to the point of not being able to hold three screws in place.
