Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260902-CE725-2147310651. Severity: No Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Tesla Powerwall 2. Incident: our tesla powerwall 2 battery was just disabled remotely by Tesla due to a safety recall. the problem is that they have known about this issue for at least a year or two, but chose to keep my safety and my financial security at risk to keep their bottom line intact with a 'rolling' recall. They indicate that it will be at least 4 weeks for a replacement, even though they have had over a year to prepare for this. I am suffering financial losses, and potential disruptions to my home office and business life in the interim.
