Amazon.com 1-star review by Hasiba Betab (title: "Don't make the mistake I did, Roborock is Garbage…"; Verified Purchase). Less than 10 months after purchase the Q7 Max went completely dead after a firmware update—would not power on or connect to the app. Support claimed the unit was out of warranty despite being only ~10 months old and said any repair attempt would require the owner to ship at their own expense.
