Retailer reviewIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — Trustpilot review

[Translated from German] Trustpilot review of Roborock by J.W. (2026-02-21). S7 Max Ultra developed first faults at exactly 23 months and fully stopped with Error 13 at 24 months (warranty end). No goodwill offered. Repair required overseas payment fees; first return shipped back still defective after ~6 weeks; second claim succeeded after ~2 months with mainboard replacement and loss of all maps.
